  1. What makes your art festival different from others?

Answer:
The Crocker Holiday Artisan Market is sponsored by two non-profits, the Crocker Art Museum and the Creative Arts League of Sacramento. That means you can feel good about supporting the community because the profits from the Market support the Crocker Art Museum and the Creative Arts League and go for art-related projects, art education and exhibitions. When you visit, you will join our community of educated art lovers who appreciate the fine craft and high quality, hand-made items that our artists offer. Each artist is hand-selected by a jury to present to you the best of the region’s artwork. The makers are available at their booths to give you the chance to meet them and learn about their craft, creative process and inspirations. We also create a winter holiday ambience with our decor, Santa & Mrs Claus, and the Elves from Pixie Tribe Entertainment. And we feature a variety of live, local musical groups whose melodies add charm to your festival experience.
