- When is the Crocker Holiday Artisan Market?

Friday, November 28, 2025, Noon to 5 pm;
Saturday, November 29, 2025, 10 am to 5 pm;
and Sunday, November 30, 2025, 10 am to 4 pm

- Is there a fee to apply as an artist?
Answer:
Yes, the fee is $20 (non-refundable).
- How are the artists chosen?
Answer:
The artists are chosen by a jury that views the applications by blind selection (without names on the applications).
- How many artists and artisans are accepted into the show?
Answer:
100 plus artists will be accepted into the show.
- Is there a waitlist for artists to be in the show?
Answer:
Yes, there is a waitlist. Artists are placed onto it from the juried selections.
- What makes your art festival different from others?
Answer:
The Crocker Holiday Artisan Market is a coordinated effort by two non-profits, the Crocker Art Museum and the Creative Arts League of Sacramento to raise funds for supporting the art community with the profits going into art-related projects, art education and exhibitions. Our visitors comprise a community of educated art lovers who appreciate the fine craft and high quality, hand-made items that you offer. Our show is known for curating the best of the region’s artwork. We also celebrate the winter holiday with our decor, Santa & Mrs Claus, and Elves from Pixie Tribe Entertainment. And we feature a variety of live, local musical groups whose melodies add charm to our festival experience.
- Is there parking and how much does it cost?
Answer:
The Scottish Rite Center has a large parking lot onsite for your convenience and it’s FREE.
- Is there food there?
Answer:
An assortment of food will be provided by Food Trucks at the entrance along with coffee drinks & pastries from the “Balance Me Out Coffee” kiosk in the courtyard.
- When is set-up for the show?
Answer:
Brief set up from 2-4pm on Wednesday, November 26th will be available for artists to bring in their booth tents & equipment. Artwork should not be brought in to the Scottish Rite because security will not be provided on this day. The main set-up is Friday, November 28th from 7am until Noon when the show opens.
